The MICROGRAB lanyard is available with braided or 3-strand rope. Both ropes are 1/2 inch diameter polyester rope. A number 5 locking snap is spliced on one end, and the tail end is spliced with a 1/2 inch round plastic thimble. Pictured with the 3-Strand rope
